Offer the proper environment for the development of teachers and VET trainer skills through the practical expertise achieved and exchange of the best practices among the project staff. Since teachers and VET trainer will participate as well on this training events to enhance their knowledge and sharing of their practical pedagogical experience in the field of Work-Based Learning.

Furthermore, the training events will be done in cooperation with two SME VET providers which will set pillars for future work base learning approach on the HIMACROW topics.

C1 Transfer workshop for trainers (theoretical part):
