Within HIMACROW project 3 Pilot Workshops (E1, E2 & E3) hosted by project partners MHtE, ISIM and IIS, will be organized. These events will target professionals in the technical/technological areas of joining, involving managers from SMEs, large companies, experts, VET promoters, employers’ associations and employees. The main goal is to present, in each country of the host partners, the developed Outputs, specially focusing on the new curriculum developed and its potential with particular reference to the occupational possibilities arising from both employers and employees' point of view. Therefore, gathering feedback from all the stakeholders and providing relevant information to the HIMACROW consortium for the final tuning of the project results.

In addition, a Final Conference (E4) hosted by project partner EWF, will be organized towards the end of the project, aiming to present and disseminate HIMACROW main results, to be used by VET providers and potential trainees, to a wider audience. Considering EWFs European Network, this will allow the attendance of participants from several European countries outside the consortium and will promote networking opportunities and collect feedback from other entities involved in related training.
